One of the hottest new music stars Carly Rae Jepsen will be performing her blazing single "Call Me Maybe" at the Teen Choice Awards. The catchy song and music video became an instant hit in the U.S. after Justin Bieber discovered and tweeted about her, helping to kick off her unexpected U.S. debut.
Attending and being nominated for the Teen Choice Awards is a dream come true for the 26-year-old Canadian singer. “It's been a dream of mine to attend the Teen Choice Awards for years. Jepsen's music video has well over 127 million hits of today (June 25). Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez, Ashley Tisdale and friends lip-synched to the song in a video that went viral with over 40 million views igniting many more lip synching videos to follow.
Teen Choice Awards has opened up the door for Jepsen fans to submit videos of them lip-synching to "Call Me Maybe" with the chance for their video to appear during Jepsen's live performance on Teen Choice Awards.
The Teen Choice Awards will air live Sunday, July 22 on FOX.
