Did Trey Songz just cost Chris Brown his "freedom?" According to MediaTakeOut.com, that's a huge possibility...

So here's what happened. On Sunday evening (Feb. 2), Breezy left rehab to attend a mandated court hearing on Monday morning. But apparently, Rihanna's infamous ex-boyfriend took a quick detour...

MTO reports that the "Fine China" crooner was "supposed to just come into town... attend the court date... and return immediately to rehab on Monday night."

But given his love of partying, Breezy allegedly hit up a Super Bowl party hosted by his hip-hip friend Trey Songz.

And if he did "secretly" attend such festivities, it would strictly go against his court orders. Which would mean Brown might be in even MORE hot water now...

And do fans want proof? The "Heart Attack" singer posted a video from the event on Twitter... allegedly showing Breezy partying in the background. The clip was quickly deleted, but photographic evidence still exists online (including Instagram).
