Saturday Night Live cast member Brooks Wheelan isn't the most well known guy currently on the show, yet, but he's still new and has had quite a transition in his life to get to this point. He's put together a video montage taking one second of film from each day over 365 days to demonstrate how much his life has changed.
The short video features Wheelan when he lived in California, working as a stand-up comedian with an engineering day job, all the way up to when he made it to New York. There are some trips in between with his buddies, who look like they know how to have a good time.
On a map he draws lines to some of his destinations from the past year. It looks like at one point he was at Coachella Music Festival, he takes a trip to Florida and a few spots up north. There's a lot of exploring, drinking, pool parties, skateboarding and footage from stand-up gigs. Wasn't there ever a day where he just sat around and watched movies?
Wheelan's gig at SNL started with a job as a writer, and he was later brought into the cast. Looks like it was quite a whirlwind, exciting year for this young comic. All of his friends featured throughout the video are likely very proud of him.
"If you only film one second out of your day and put it to music, it looks like your day was much cooler than it actually was," Wheelan said according to Huffington Post.
