'Meet the Fockers' star Teri Polo facing a lawsuit?

Talk about renters from hell, TMZ is reporting that Meet the Fockers star Teri Polo is being sued by her former landlord claiming that the actress left behind a mess.

The site is revealing that Polo apparently left dog feces, in her $7,000 a month rental home in L.A. that could be smelled miles away.
According to the landlord, the star's home was surrounded with urine smells, ruined carpets, and noxious odors from pet waste.

Celebrity lawyer Ed McPherson is the revealed landlord and he also stats that Polo even left behind food in the refrigerator which is currently turned off.

The smells from all the mess has made everyone gag according to the lawsuit. The actress currently role is in the movie, The Fosters, and she also is being accused of messing up brand new blinds.

McPherson is asking for more than $30,000, and he just may get it after all he is a lawyer.
