According to TMZ, Paul Walker's ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros has some major issues with alcohol. Therefore, their teen daughter does not wish to live with her mom anymore - it's very likely that the late actor's own mother (Cheryl) will gain legal guardianship of 15-year-old Meadow Walker.
As Mstars previously reported, the beloved "Fast and Furious" star left his entire $25 million estate to young Meadow in his final Will and Testament. That is, as long as she lives with his own parents.
And apparently, Meadow is totally okay with that.
Soteros has had a drinking problem for years (which may be a reason why Walker broke up with her in the first place). Soteros was arrested for a few DUIs - including one in Hawaii back in August 2013 (the case is still pending). She was also arrested in Orange County in 2003 - she pled guilty and was sentenced to three years probation.
That's why in 2011, Meadow allegedly called her father and begged to move in with him in LA. Of course, Walker obliged. The infamous gossip webloid reports that during their relationship, Walker and Soteros had countless arguments over her drinking problems.
Walker tragically passed away in a car explosion back in November 2013. Since then, Meadow has moved-in with his mother, Cheryl. It's very likely that she will gain legal guardianship while Soteros deals with her personal issues.
Stay tuned as more details continue to develop...
