Rumors initially suggested that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson were attempting to "rekindle" their romance. But over the past several weeks, the former "Twilight" couple has grown very distant. And who can really blame them with such hectic work schedules? But now, "Lights" songstress Ellie Goulding feels like she's stuck in the middle of such drama! What's up with that?

As most Robstein fans probably remember, K-Stew and R-Patz were spotted "reunited" at last year's Coachella Music Festival. That's when the "getting back together" rumors really started to take off.

Apparently, Goulding's very good friends with both Pattinson and Stewart. She met them while working on the set of "Twilight" (she was actually featured on the soundtrack). Since she's from England, the 27-year-old singer immediately connected with the British heartthrob. Therefore, she also struck up a friendship with the 23-year-old actress.

And Goulding (the rumored ex-girlfriend of One Direction crooner Niall Horan) would really like to see the two reunite once again at this year's Coachella (where she's set to perform).

"Ellie's really good mates with both Rob and Kristen and used to spend time with them as a couple. Since their break-up, she still hangs out with both of them, but separately," a source reveals to Now magazine U.K. "Ellie wants both her friends to be [at Coachella]. It's one of the biggest events of the year for her... But she knows her mates can't even be in the same space as each other right now, so she's feeling caught in the middle."
