Lana Del Rey's Ultraviolence will drop on May 1, if LDR herself is to be believed.

The "Video Games" singer revealed the release date during an autograph-signing session. A curious fan asks Lana when the new album is coming out, to which Lana replies "It's coming out soon. May 1."

Del Rey quickly catches herself (saying "Is that on video?") but doesn't rescind her statement.

Lana also has this to say about the new release, "It's so good that it made me forget about the last record. I'm in love with it, there's something about it."

Rey's label has yet to confirm a release date. For more LDR right now, check out Tropico.
