One of the items on my wish list for the final episodes of How I Met Your Mother was to keep The Mother at front and center for the remainder of the series and to give us her name after all these years. But apparently, even Cristin Milioti herself doesn't know her own character's name yet.

"I don't," she told EW.com. "I don't know if it's because they think I'm a terrible liar, but no, I have not been told that. It's very much on lockdown."

The script for the series finale is complete, as series co-creator Craig Thomas tweeted a picture of the cover of the 95-page script. But it, too, is on lockdown, so spoilers could be hard to come by in the next few weeks.

"It exists, but I have not glimpsed it," Milioti said. "There's been discussion. It's CIA-level lockdown. Our scripts are watermarked, and it feels really cool."

The actress also discussed the 200th episode, which aired recently and focused on what The Mother has been doing for the past eight seasons of the show. The episode ended with Milioti's performance of "La Vie En Rose" on a ukulele as she sat on the balcony of her hotel room.

"That 200th episode was incredible," Milioti said. "I couldn't believe that people had gotten together and went, 'Let's do this for her.' I felt like Batkid."

As for the fans who are worried that the HIMYM finale might be a letdown after nine years of buildup, Milioti is here to ease their minds.

"I know this sounds like an executive from CBS is passing me a piece of paper, but [the finale] will not disappoint," she said. "It's been in great hands for nine years, and they love their fans. I think everyone's going to really love the finale."

What do you think, HIMYM fans? Any guesses on The Mother's name? Let us know in the comments below.
