Kristen Stewart & Robert Pattinson 'trouble in paradise' - Rupert Sanders still 'in love' with 'Twilight' starlet, wants to rekindle romance after Liberty Ross divorce?

Kristen Stewart continously tries to rekindle a romance with Robert Pattinson after cheating on him with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" movie director, Rupert Sanders. But is their trouble currently brewing in "Twilight" paradise - because 42-year-old Sanders still wants a "romantic future" with the 23-year-old starlet?

As most Robsten fans probably remember, K-Stew indulged in a controversial love affair with Sanders back in the summer of 2012. Pattinson broke up with Stewart, and Sanders eventually divorced from longtime wife, Liberty Ross. The couple have two children together, and Ross is seeking joint custody.

The former "SWATH" co-stars abruptly ended their short-lived romance after the affair went viral (ultimately tarnishing both of their reputations).

But, is Sanders still "in love" with Stewart?

According to an inside source for RadarOnline, yes.

"[Rupert] fell in love with [Kristen] a long time before he laid a finger on her, and he's finding it difficult to shake." 

Now, Sander's having a hard time landing any feature-film directing roles - he's been "laying low" and working on commercials instead.

And rumors suggest he misses the "good times" he used to have with K-Stew.

The alleged insider continues, "Against all better judgement, [Rupert] still holds out hope that he and Kristen can get things going again, but he's completely deluded - she would never put her career on the line like that again." 

Or her potential future with Pattinson!
