Keyshia Cole, Daniel Gibson divorce rumors leads to NBA retirement? Daniel 'taking time' before playing again during split with wife

Singer Keyshia Cole and her husband, Daniel Gibson is struggling to keep their relationship afloat while rumors of their marriage struggles make headlines Gibson explains that his "time off" from the NBA  is just temporary despite all the messy rumors of his split alongside with his alleged early retirement.

The Former Cleveland Cavaliers guard told Cleveland.com, "People just wonder what I'm doing,'' he added, "I haven't worked out for any teams. I just want to be 100 percent before I do any of that. I play a lot, but I'm not there yet. When I get there, I'll play. I'm working on myself, so when I do come back and play basketball, it's at a level I'm comfortable with. I'm not trying to just play. I want to play at a high level. That's what I miss."

Gibson explained that he was asked to return, but only wants to go back when he is ready, "I'm just taking my time with it," he added. "Last month, with all the guys who got hurt, I got flooded with calls to come in for 10 days. I just want to be in control of the situation.''

Keyshia Cole and husband Daniel Gibson has rumored to be separated after Gibson has been seen out at several strip clubs blowing thousands of dollars while his estranged wife is caught in IRS trouble owing over $160,000.

According to Mediatakeout.com, Daniel was spotted spending $5,000 on one popular dancer H TOWN CIARA, while news broke that his wife was facing IRS issues.

According to RadarOlnine, Keyshia still hasn't paid $162,158.93 in taxes from her 2009 A Different Me Tour, which later resulted in a lien filed in Georgia last year.

Documents obtained by RadarOnline states:

 "We have made a demand for payment of this liability, but it remains unpaid," the documents continued, "Therefore, there is a lien in favor of the United States on all property and rights to property belonging to this taxpayer for the amount of the taxes and additional penalties, interest and costs that may accrue."
