CMT better round up some money, because the highest rate show on their network, Party Down South is wanting more funds and refuse to film anymore footage until they get paid.
The cast is currently in talks with a high profile management team to negotiate a new deal before moving forth next month. The hit TV show premiered in January, and is already a positive for CMT.
Sources have revealed that the cart of the show make $500 per episode, but issues include the new stars taking off from their real jobs in order to film and produce the show.
One sources said the cast-mates aren't looking a Jersey Shore type of deal, but they just want to be able to live more comfortably and not worry about struggling.
One fact about the CMT show is that the same producers aired Jersey Shore, and had to deal with the same issues. One good thing that might come out of it is that the Party Down South group just might get the same deal Jersey Shore received at the end of their run, 6 figures per episode.
