Just days after a deadly rattlesnake bite claimed the life of Snake Salvation pastor, Jamie Coots MStars has learned that the deadly reptile will be used again during next Saturday's service.

Pastor Coots was bitten last Saturday while preaching a sermon to his congregation and passed away after refusing medical attention. The pastor believed that he was protected by God from the deadly venom poison the snake carries.

Coots son Cody, said that the family still believes in God's protective power to heal and not kill them from the snake bite, even though venom killed his father. Coots son said his dad would rather die from a snakebite, instead be killed by a stroke or car accident. The believers faith is that a snakebite is "God's way," basically whatever happens is in God's hands.

MStars has learned that Cody will be taking over as pastor and preaching to the congregation now and says, "It was God saying, this is how you wanted it, and it's your time to go..If he didn't plan to die this way, he would have stayed alive."

Using snakes in Kentucky for a religious service is illegal, but police decided not to proceed with the law in the Coots case.
