Remember that sexy, cleavage-enhancing black dress Mariah Carey flaunted at the BET Honors earlier this month?

Well, apparently the former "American Idol" diva had a minor wardrobe malfunction with the revealing ensemble while performing her newest hit, "You're My (Eternal)."

The BET Honors won't air until February 24, but according to Carey, she almost flashed the entire audience during her onstage set!

During one part of the performance, Carey sings from on top a piano.Apparently, she had some issues keeping her dress in place after one of the straps broke!

Nick Cannon's wife tells People, "I was (worried) when I laid on the piano. Right before the lights went on me, I heard 'Pop! Pop! Pop!' The supposedly see-through wires broke. Nobody saw anything, and it was by the grace of God that I got through the performance." 

But Carey managed to control the situation, and no scandalous nip-slips occured.

Unlike the time at So So Def's 20th Anniversary concert last year...
