This week marked the release of Playstation 4 in Japan, and to celebrate Capcom released a brand new international trailer for its highly anticipated video game Deep Down. Though we do not know when it will hit shelves in the United States, this new free-to-play, online role-playing video game is gaining plenty of attention thanks to its plotline involving time-travel, monster and medieval garb and weapons. Take a look at Deep Down here!

This creepy new look at Deep Down might be a bit scary for some, but it definitely looks like a fun time. Here is the latest trailer:

Meanwhile, Capcom has come under fire for not having any female characters in the online, role-playing game. In response to this claim, Capcom producer Kazunori Sugiura took to Facebook to address and explain this issue.

"From our overseas firm, there was big misconception in an article claiming that there were 12 main characters in Deep Down, all of them male," Sugiura said. "As the person in charge on the development side, I'd like to explain the matter ... There is one male main character in Deep Down. The story is being developed around him and his surrounding Ravens comrades."

So there is only one main character in the game, that happens to be male.

Sugiura also mentioned that the release of Deep Down outside of Japan hasn't been determined.

"At the moment, an overseas release hasn't been decided, but I am grateful for the attention Deep Down is receiving."

He also said to look for more information in the near future.
