Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida are allegedly separated during Nida's legal fiasco.

Recently, The Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star was granted permission for a trial delay; however, his wife continues to promote her new book, Secrets of a Southern Belle and has yet to be photographed with her husband since November 22, according to RadarOnline.com.

The separation rumors come after Nida was allegedly spotted in South Carolina. In an interview with TMZ, Nida addressed rumors of his alleged infidelity at a nightclub in South Carolina. A photograph of Nida with a mystery woman went viral and he explained to TMZ cameras that the woman was his sister's friend who was bartending that night.

The reality star said that he is faithful to his wife and there is no proof of infidelity because he simply isn't cheating.

One fan claims that she did spot the reality star on an intimate Valentine's Day dinner saying, "think I saw u at urban nirvana spa today while I was at Starbucks ... Too bad you weren't with Phaedra but that other woman"
