Ellen Page & Evan Rachel Wood dating advice? 'Juno' starlet hangs with bisexual beauty after viral 'coming out' speech, girlfriend rumors erupt [PHOTOS]

On Valentine's Day (Feb. 14), actress Ellen Page came out as gay during an emotional LGBT conference speech held in Las Vegas:

And over the weekend, Page was spotted grabbing lunch with longtime friend Evan Rachel Wood. The former "True Blood" beauty (who once dated Marilyn Manson) officially identified herself as bisexual back in 2011, telling Esquire magazine, 'I'm up for anything. Meet a nice guy, meet a nice girl..."

Wood married British actor Jamie Bell in October 2012, but insisted that the relationship did not change her views on bisexuality. 

Following the wedding, Twitter user Maryann O'Neill posted, "Question, honestly not trying to be an a$$. Just trying to understand. Does this mean you are not bi anymore? How [does] that work?" To which Wood responded:

@evanrachelwood: "No, It just means i am not single anymore ;)."

Maybe "The Forest" co-stars are now bonding over their viral "coming out" experiences? Perhaps Wood has some friendly and supportive advice for the "Juno" staret.
