Paula Patton, Robin Thicke break up: Paula wants Robin to stop running to media and stages to win her back

Paula Patton wants her estranged husband, Robin Thicke to stop his PR campaign to win her back.

According to TMZ sources, the actress is not giving into easy even with her husband pleads during his concerts to try to win her back. The source close to Patton says that she is paying close attention to what Thicke is doing now that cameras are glued onto him.

The actress posted a message about her relationship on Instagram saying:

 "Everything happens for a reason ... If you love something, let it go. If it comes back to you, it's yours. If it doesn't, it never was and it's not meant to be."

Robin Thicke is not settling for a potential divorce from wife, Paula Patton. The singer dedicated his song "Lost Without You" to the actress and has sent countless flowers to his wife's home in quest to get her back.

In a video obtained by TMZ, the "Blurred Lines" singer revealed he wasn't going to quit on their marriage, "For y'all that don't know me and my wife separated, but I'm trying to get my girl back. She's a good woman."

Although, the separation announcement shocked many fans, the insider claims that there were more problems than Cyrus, "Their marriage was unraveling a long time," the insider tells Us Weekly. "It is not a shock to Robin or Paula, and it is something they have discussed for a long time."

The alleged cheating scandal may have rubbed the relationship the wrong way. A few months back, Thicke was photographed getting very close to a beautiful woman at Club 79 in Paris.

Monday, the couple announced, "We will always love each other and be best friends, however, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."
