Kendall Jenner disses rumored ex-boyfriend Harry Styles in Instagram post?

Though the relationship was never officially confirmed, Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner are definitely not dating anymore after a few short months of romance starting in November of 2013. They called it quits earlier in February and sources claim they remain friends. But now a recent Instagram post from the 18-year-old model has us second-guessing the friendly nature of the break up thanks to what seems like a jab at Harry Styles.

"Can't sleep so I just wanted to give all the ladies out there some advice," the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reality stat said in the caption of her recent Instagram post. The photo itself was a message that added on to the caption. It read:

"Do your squats eat, your vegetables, wear red lipstick, [and] don't let boys be mean to you."

Do you think this was just some advice for her followers or a cryptic diss aimed at Harry? Clearly her latest, high profile relationship would come to mind from this so she had to realize we'd take it this way. But perhaps she was just sharing a cute little message on her Instagram page with no meaning behind it.

Odds are we're all reading too far into everything Kendall does these days thanks to all of these dating rumors, but some sources have said she's not handling the alleged break up too well.

"Harry purposely didn't go to the Topshop show or have his planned party at The Box so people wouldn't speculate about him and Kendall," a source told the Inquisitr.  "There were plenty of opportunities for them to meet up but Harry went to the FA Cup game between Arsenal and Liverpool instead of seeing her."
