After a disappointing weekend for movie theaters last week, we have a great round of new films debuting this time around. This weekend you can choose from such films as The Grand Budapest Hotel, 300: Rise of an Empire, or Mr. Peabody and Sherman. As you can tell, these choices span and bridge generation gaps!
The Grand Budapest Hotel is the latest film from director Wes Anderson and it's just as whimsical and funny as the rest of his catalog. With an all-star cast led by first time Anderson collaborator Ralph Fiennes, there's almost too much to appreciate in this adventurous, artistic story. Set in the days of luxurious European hotels before the war, we get to interact with some of Anderson's best characters yet.

Moving away from content to showcase more action, 300: Rise of an Empire is an epic return to the blood-soaked story that captivated fans before. This time around we see what happens in the after math of 300, with sea battles added in.

Now something for the kids: Mr. Peabody and Sherman! In this rebooted classic animated film, audience members are invited to explore what can go hilariously wrong with time travel invented by a genius talking dog. Clearly more of a movie for everyone in the family, the updated story makes for an interesting take on the classic characters.
