As Mstars previously reported, authorities initially had some "technical difficulities" when it came to editing the video. Apparently, the Biebs was so out of it that he couldn't stand still while peeing. The judge didn't want Bieber's "junk" being flaunted all over the web, so ordered the entire thing be censored before being released to the public.

As several fans probably already know, this occurred after the "Believe" crooner was arrested for a DUI in Miami a few weeks ago.

Several bizarre videos of Bieber's semi-blacked jail stint continue leaking on the web. In this viral clip, Selena Gomez's ex is seen urinating into a cup behind a small partition before handing the sample over to an officer.

As TMZ points out, although Bieber's privates were likely exposed, his movement wasn't really "radical," so it remains unknown why authorities had such a hard time editing the clip...
