Terrell Owens' Wife wants to drop her last name "Owens" and wants her husband to pay up for the divorce

Will this Terrell Owens show ever end? MStars has learned that Terrell Owens' estranged wife is now claiming that she deserves to continue living the lifestyle she has become accustomed to while married to Owens.

The couple who were married for only 72 hours apparently was living the upscale good life, and now Rachel Snider wants alimony.

The estranged wife of the former wide receiver, has finally responded to Owens divorce petition asking for not only alimony, but for Owens to pay for her legal costs.

Snider filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court, and is firing payback to her husband, Owens, who checked the box asking Snider to foot the legal bill.

We have also learned that Snider wants to legally drop "Owens" as her last name.

Although there is a lot of drama with in this case, the couple did agree on one thing, the marriage only lasted from January 23rd to January 26th.

Sniders documents show that she also will fight Owens' claim that there's no community property. All in all Snider is out for war and wanting the former reality show star to pay up for the failed marriage.
