Justin Bieber Deposition VIDEO: Watch Justin stop Selena Gomez question and says 'I'm detrimental to my career,' Did he diss Usher ?

Video of Justin Bieber's deposition for a lawsuit regarding his bodyguard attacking a paparazzi has gone viral. TMZ has obtained the edited version of the 4 ½ hour footage deposition and shows the singer in not such a good mood.

In one clip the "Baby" singer was asked about his relationship with actress and singer Selena Gomez and Bieber wasn't too pleased when her name was brought up.

The lawyer asks, "Do you know Selena Gomez?" he followed up with the question, "Will you be dating her some point in time?" Bieber's lawyers interjected slamming the questions as harassment.

Shortly after the lawyer then asked if he ever shared his feelings about paparazzi to the singer and Bieber loses his cool telling him, "don't ask me a about her again!"

Shortly after Bieber's lawyers requested they take a break and Bieber is seen taking his microphone off and storming out of the room.

In a second video, Bieber was asked about his relationship with singer Usher and says that he was discovered by YouTube and not his idol and had a brief flub when he referred himself as "detrimental" and not "instrumental."
