In a recent interview with Elliott Wilson during SXSW (after announcing his retirement), Lil Wayne deemed Minaj the "best overall rapper." That's a huge compliment... and now rumors are swirling online once again that the two pals are secretly "dating" (although Minaj is currently dating Safaree Samuels).
