Congrats are in order for Mr. T! After playing a huge role in launching WrestleMania 30 years ago, the 80s wrestler is finally getting an overdue honor, WWE Hall of Fame.
MStars has learned that Mr. T will be this year's celebrity inductee into the Hall of Fame. Vince McMahon says, "His WWE appearances were instrumental in helping to establish WrestleMania as the pop-culture phenomenon it is today."
If you are a WWE fan then you can remember when the wrestler family turned the WWE down for a Hall of Fame spot in 2009. But it seems that both sides of the waters have calmed, and Mr. T will take his rightful place in the historical wing.
The "A-Team" star and the other 80s favorite, Hulk Hogan teamed up at the inaugural event, and the wrestler also was involved in a special boxing match at WrestleMania II against Roddy Piper.
The Hall of Fame ceremony will air next month, April 5 on the WWE Network. We hope this will be a wonder reunion for Hulk and Mr. T. Hulk recently returned to the WWE company and many speculate he will be the man to induct the T.
