MStars just watched the live stream court case of Kanye West, and has learned that the rapper will not be prosecuted for battery of the LAX photog attack.

The live stream reported that the rapper will need anger management therapy sessions. West pled no contest to a misdemeanor battery, the City Attorney did not make him plead guilty, so therefore he has not admitted to being guilty.

The victim and his lawyer believes that Kanye should go to jail, and should have been required to show up in court today. Mr. West's attempted grand theft charge has been dismissed, for the no contest plea.

The Yeezus rapper was place on 24 months informal probation, and at the end of the 24 months, if he hasn't violated his probation, the conviction will be most likely deleted from his record.

North Wests' dad agreed to 24 private therapy sessions for anger management. He also agreed to complete 250 hours of community service, and also agreed to stay away from the photog who is claiming to be "still suffering" from the attack in 2013.

Kanye does have to pay for damages to the victim's equipment and any medical bills the photog received.

The victim, addressed the court and expressed his feelings on the rapper. He stated that he has suffered emotional and physical injuries from the July 2013 attack. The photog even suggested that Kanye used the attack to promote his album, Yeezus and the Yeezus Tour.
