'Doctor Who' season 8, 2014 episodes [SPOILERS]: New monster spotted on set with Peter Capaldi, Jenna Coleman [PHOTOS]

While we're all very excited to see Jenna Coleman and her new Doctor, Peter Capaldi, on the set of a new Doctor Who episode, there is something more intriguing that caught our eye in some set photos. Apparently the Doctor is going up a brand new monster in the upcoming season!

From the looks of this monster, the Twelfth Doctor and Clara might have their hands full with this one. The muscular torso and general scary stature of this foe are enough to make anybody a bit scared, so how will the new Doctor handle it? "Peter walked on set and didn't seem too nervous, more excited than anything," a source said earlier this year of Capaldi's first day on set. "He has been a Doctor Who fan since he was a kid so this is a big moment for him in his career and probably one of his ambitions he didn't think he would achieve in life."
