Chelsea have won it all recently, but manager Jose Mourinho, who's also done his fair share of winning, both look to try and lift the UEFA Champions League for the first time together. Chelsea faced a home tie against Galatasaray, after the first leg finished 1-1, many believed Chelsea would hold on and progress. Many predicted a battle, but one they couldn't see Chelsea losing, and they were right, although shocked as Galatasaray struggled throughout, handing Chelsea a very comfortable 2-0 victory, meaning they won 3-1 overall.

Chelsea will now be in the Champions League quarter-finals, which is likely to see them face a top team like Bayern Munich or Real Madrid. In Europe Chelsea have only lost twice this season, keeping five clean sheets, so they will believe they can win it once more. In his press conference, Mourinho said "We are a Champions League club and now we are among the best eight, the best clubs in the world," and he continued saying "The players deserve to be there."

Chelsea have been considered weak in the striking department, but that seems to of motivated striker Samuel Eto'o, who scored quickly to give them the 1-0 lead. A later goal from Gary Cahill ensured there would be no coming back from the lethargic Turkish team.

With Manchester City and Arsenal out, and Manchester United looking likely to follow, Chelsea could be representing the Premier League on their own. Are Chelsea scared of who they might face? According to Mourinho, no. He explained "All the big candidates to win the competition. Welcome to any one of them. We wait for the draw. It doesn't matter who."

Can Chelsea make it three straight seasons that they've tasted European glory?
