"Fast & Furious" star Paul Walker passed away in a tragic car explosion back in November 2013. In his final Will and Testament, Walker left his $25 million estate to teen daughter, Meadow - but under one condition. His own mother Cheryl Walker would take legal guardianship. And Cheryl agrees with that - because Meadow's mom (Walker's ex-girlfriend) Rebecca Soteros is an "alocohlic" who can't take proper care of her kid.
The late actor's mother recently filed court documents obtained by TMZ. She wants full guardianship of 15-year-old Meadow Rain, because Soteros has a major drinking problem she still can't get under control (rumors suggest this is why Walker broke-up with her in the first place).
Soteros and her young daughter are already living with Cheryl, but Walker's ex can't take responsibility because she drinks too much. Cheryl claims she's more than qualified to take on legal guardianship because she's already raised four kids. She's also a registered nurse and a "loving person" - just the sort of parental figure Meadow needs right now.
Just three years ago, Meadow moved from Hawaii to live with Walker, because she wasn't getting along with her mother. The alleged problem - Soteros' boozing.
Stay tuned as more details develop.
FYI - TMZ learned that Walker's estate is really worth $16 million, not $25 as originally reported.
