RHOA Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida $6.99 autographs, plea deals for fraud case, and jail time rocks reality star couple

Reality star Apollo Nida is selling autographs for $6.99 to allegedly help with legal fees. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star has "Phine Body Apollo Autograph Card" for sale for his loyal Bravo friends

The sales may help pay for the alleged expedited process once Nida strikes a plea deal before being tried in his identity theft, bank fraud, and conspiracy case.

According to RadarOnline, Nida and his attorneys "and counsel for the government have been engaged in discussions."

The source added, "They are still in the process of investigating additional facts and negotiating a resolution," the documents stated, and "have made substantial progress toward a resolution of this case."

Nida has been charged for identity theft after the Secret Service's Counterfeit and U.S. Treasury Check Squad alleged that the former convict created mock-up companies to obtain people's personal information for fraudulent reasons.

Allegedly, reality star then opened fake bank accounts and stole U.S. Treasury checks, stolen retirement checks from Delta Airline employees and unclaimed tax money.
