WrestleMania 30 is a little more than two weeks away, and it seems as though much of the card is still in the works even though it has started to crystallize recently. With so many balls up in the air, we should find out more about the card sooner rather than later.
The Wrestling Observer reports that the show will have eight matches over the course of four hours. After this week's Friday Night Smackdown, it seems that The Usos will defend the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Real Americans and Rybaxel (Ryback and Curtis Axel). This would require the removal of Ryback and Axel from the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
The Shield is reportedly scheduled to compete in a six-man tag team match against Kane and The New Age Outlaws, as Road Dogg and Billy Gunn have expressed a desire to work with The Shield before the three-man team breaks up.
Previous plans had Luke Harper and Erick Rowan of The Wyatt Family working with The Shield in some way at WrestleMania, but this six-man tag team match likely means that Rowan and Harper will only be involved with the John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt match.
The Wrestling Observer also reports WWE still plans for The Shield to break up despite their quasi-face turn in recent weeks. The plan is for Roman Reigns to break off from the group, while Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins will be a tag team.
