Kanye West 'flirts' with Pia Mia Perez, Kim Kardashian jealous? North West's baby daddy compares young songstress to Rihanna, NOT cheating before wedding! [PHOTOS]

There's a new leading lady in Kanye West's life.

Well, sort of.

Things seem to be going great between Yeezy and his bride-to-be Kim Kardashian, but what's up with this chick named Pia Mia Perez?

Apparently, she's an aspiring songstress currently working with West under the rapper's GOODMUSIC production company. An alleged insider for Radar Online reveals:

"Kanye is producing some tracks for her and he's quite involved... He believes she could be the next Rihanna."

But that doesn't mean their relationship is anything but professional - Perez is only 17-years-old! She competed on "America's Got Talent" when she was just 13.

The insider explains, "Kanye has made it clear to everyone that their relationship is strictly creative." But still, the two have apparently grown very close since working together - and Kim K's jealous!

Another source who worked closely with Perez (real name, Pia Ajdba Mia Perez) on an LA music shoot earlier this month claims, "Kanye called her and the conversation sounded kind of flirty and romantic. It could be that they are just good friends but it was definitely more than just a professional call."​

And the Yeezus rapper likes keeping Perez around because she's so "young and hip" - her potential fame keeps him relevant.

"Kanye thinks she's young, fresh and hip - totally his target audience," the insider dishes. "He's been consulting her on a lot of his creative projects, including the Kanye x APC collection."

But those close to West aren't amused with his "innocent" flirting:

"Kanye's creative team was pretty shocked that he would use a teenager as his confidante. And Kim was actually kind of agitated by it, because he doesn't usually want her input on design stuff. She was a little jealous."

Apparently, Perez is even close with the "KUWTK" starlet's younger sisters!

"Kanye sometimes brings Kendall and Kylie along when he hangs out with Pia so he can pick all their brains," the source explains. "He wants to tap into the voice of the hip generation, but it's definitely a little weird."
