Watch Drake Become the Voice of Handsome Jock Ethan on 'Ice Age 4' [VIDEO]

Drake goes into character for his voiceover gig as Ethan in Ice age 4: Continental Drift. This is not the singer's first try at acting. Drake, whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham, was a cast member on 'Degrassi: The Next Generation.'

Acting in front the screen and voicing over is quite different Drake explains. "You have to realize that [the viewers are] not going to see your face. So that's something to really digest when you first step in this studio ... 'OK, I have to go above and beyond what I think is normal. And what I think is good, and I've gotta give it a little extra.'"

The child actor turned music star reveals that his character on Ice Age 4 is "a young, strapping, handsome jock. He's really good at turtle football. He's very popular. He catches the eye of Peaches," he adds.

Drake recently won the Best Male Hip Hip Artist at the 2012 BET Awards. His name was also caught up in headlines over a club fight with Chris Brown that is still currently being investigated.
