Pharrell Joins Season 7 of 'The Voice,' replacing Cee-Lo Green as Judge

Pharrell Williams is set to join season 7 of 'The Voice', the NBC mega-hit which is currently broadcasting its sixth season. When the new season begins this fall it will add the 'Happy' singer to its list of coaches. Pharrell will be taking over the vacant chair left by Cee-lo Green, who decided not to return to the series earlier this year.

'The Voices' official twitter page has been teasing fans with who would be the new coach since earlier this afternoon. They tweeted the following picture on their account to see if twitter followers could guess the new coach:

The Voice then tweeted, "Okay, we can OFFICIALLY say it! WE ARE SO #HAPPY to announce PHARRELL WILLIAMS = #NewVoiceCoach for SEASON 7."

Pharrell then tweeted the following response:

"This is going to be so fun."
