It's A Nice Touch When 'Garfield' Eats Lasagna, Makes Fun of Odie, And Hates Monday!

Join the fuzzy and lasagna obsessed Garfield as he avoids going to the vet's office and crashes in on Jon's first date. BOOM! Studios celebrates its two-year anniversary with an extra special Garfield #25.

Based on the popular comic strip created Jim Davis, the orange colored cat, Garfield, is obsessed with eating , loves sleeping all day, and hates Mondays with a passion. His socially awkward owner, Jon Arbuckle, and sidekick, Odie, are  always looking for Garfield after  he ends up missing or running away from home. Garfield made a name for himself over the years with young and old generations through cartoons, feature films, and comic books.

Studios editor-in-chief Matt Gagnon discusses the publisher's two year history with the fat cat, "When we first started publishing Garfield comics two years ago we were honored to carry on the tradition of telling stories with such an iconic character. Plot Synopsis:

Garfield #25 bringing you an extra-large-sized anniversary issue containing two, all-new jumbo stories. First, Mark Evanier and Andy Hirsch team-up to tell a tale of a very special day in Garfield's life. Then, Scott Nickel and David DeGrand bring readers the return of Garfield's food foes-this time, they've joined forces to take down the Fat Cat once and for all!
