Man arrested after breaking into Selena Gomez's guest house, again

Cruz Che reportedly decided he should "Come and Get it," again.

Che, 20, is being held on $50,000 bail after authorities arrested him.  Los Angeles County Sheriff's department says Che is being accused of breaking into Selena Gomez's guest house.

According to the Vancouver Sun, Sgt. Fray Lupian says Che arrived at Gomez's home at about 9:30 p.m. Sunday when she heard a noise and called security.

A friend of the pop star answered the door to Che's knocking, but when Che asked for Gomez, 21, the friend slammed the door closed.

Security found Che in Gomez's guest house and held him in custody until authorities came to the property.

According to the New York Daily News, Che has previously been arrested for suspicion of trespassing at the singer's home on March 30.  The police said Gomez had heard a noise at her home on Sunday night and called security.

According to TMZ, the judge ordered Che to stay away from Gomez for the next 3 years.  Che was sentenced to 45 days in jail and three years probation but was released due to jail overcrowding.

Reports state that Che does not have an attorney at the moment.
