A Washington judge has rejected singer Chris Brown's plea to dismiss his assault case.

According to AP,Brown's attorney argued that prosecutors misused the grand jury process, but the Judge said that there was no abuse

In October 2013, the singer found himself in legal trouble that landed him in jail AGAIN! According to TMZ, Chris Brown was in front of the W hotel in Washington D.C when two female fans wanted to take a picture with the singer. As the photo was being taken, two men ran over and tried to photo bomb the photo and that's when Brown allegedly told the men, "I'm not into this gay s**t, I'm into boxing," and punched the victim breaking his nose.

Sources close to Brown say that the alleged victim tried to trespass onto Brown's tour bus and that's when Brown tried to stop them from getting on his Tour bus.

According to HollywoodLife.com, sources close to Brown said the singer has been having a hard time in jail, "It's bad, all bad for Chris," the source says. "He's not doing well at all. He only drinks water and the watered-down orange juice they give him. They slide him peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or bread with some five-year-old baloney, but he doesn't eat that. He wouldn't even let his dogs eat that. Chris is suffering. He's going crazy. He has been stripped of everything. He doesn't even have underwear on. He's got nothing and no one."

In order to avoid more time in prison, the "Loyal" singer may shell out $100,000 in a civil settlement to Parker Adams to avoid a trial for the D.C. assault charges.
