Two new unrated trailers have arrived for the new film Neighbors starring Zac Efron, Seth Rogen, and Dave Franco. The movie which is set to hit theaters on May 9th is sure to be the comedy event of the summer. Viewer discretion is advised as the trailers contain strong language, sexual situations, and content that might not be suitable to play while you are at work.
Taken right out of a college playbook, Efron and Franco play two fraternity boys who move into Rogen's quite neighborhood and cause total and utter chaos for him and his wife played by Bridesmaids star Rose Byrne. War erupts between the two parties when Rogen and Byrne call the cops on the fraternity house. "You have no idea what you started. Welcome to the darkness bitches" Efrons character says as a premeptive warning before the fighting breaks out. As Rogan and Efron keep trying to one up the other the comical shenanigans get wilder and wilder, including the use of airbags, sex toys, and tons and tons of fireworks.
Nicholas Stoller, the director behind Forgetting Sarah Marshall and Get Him to the Greek, brings us this new comedy that looks raunchy and dirty but in the most entertaining way possible.
