Not only did Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart walk away from the "Twilight" movie franchise with a highly-publicized romance, both stars also pocketed millions of dollars in bonuses!
According to TMZ, Robsten's currently involved in a rather "nasty" lawsuit regarding who's responsible for paying their Bella Swan and Edward Cullen "perks." Apparently the entire case is rather "boring," except for the amounts of cash R-Patz and K-Stew both "privately" received.
Until now.
Legal documents show that the British heartthrob obtained $300,000 in bonuses for the first "Twilight" flick based off of "box office receipts." FYI - the first installment of the popular vampire/werewolf series garnered a whopping $351 million worldwide.
Therefore, with "New Moon," both Pattinson and Stewart apparently bargained for a little more. The lawsuit shows that producers later agreed to pay each of them $2.5 million for the first film. Then, with both "Breaking Dawn" installments, Pattinson was handed at least $25 million in bonuses (plus some).
That's a lot of dough.
Millions of dollars AND love - if Robsten manages to work-out their relationship, they apparently seem to have it all! Thanks, Stephenie Meyer!
