Channing Tatum - what a heartthrob.
The "22 Jump Street" star is currently married to actress Jenna Dewan - the couple has one young daughter together named Everly.
But did Mstars fans know that before becoming a huge Hollywood star, Tatum got his "big break" by working in the gay modeling industry?
Back in 2002, Tatum posed on the cover of Out magazine for the tabloid's special Valentine's Day edition. Famed photographer Todd Oldman captured the erotic shot, where Tatum cuddles up with another male model:
Apparently, three years before this viral photo shoot, Tatum (once an erotic dancer) responded to a strip club radio station's ad for "fresh young talent." And the rest is apparently history. He soon began working for popular clothing companies including Abercrombie & Fitch and Armani.
In a past interview with Out, Tatum reveals:
"I never enjoyed the taking-the-clothes-off part... You are on a stage with people yelling at you, and you feel you're a rock star, but you're nothing - you're just a guy taking off his clothes, looking like a fool in a stupid outfit."
Out posted these pics in honor of #TBT (Throwback Thursday). Now, Tatum is better known for his drool-worthy bod in the epic chick-flick, "Magic Mike."
Looks like everything came full circle for the "Step Up" hottie!
