Lindsay Lohan's Kode Magazine interview reveals she's off the wagon, wasn't pregnant during OWN docu-series

A new cover story for Kode Magazine focused on Lindsay Lohan has been released, shedding some poor light on the former OWN starlet. Coinciding with the season/series finale of her documentary series Lindsay, this interview definitely made Lohan out to be off the wagon and just plain nuts! Representatives for the actress are claiming the whole interview was fabricated but Kode is standing by the profile.

"Lindsay never spoke to any journalist at Kode," a Lohan representative said according to E! Online. "The interview was completed via email. We have no comprehension on why a journalist would fabricate this content and distribute it in such an irresponsible way."

So this interview where Lindsay was apparently downing cocktails and talking about dating a married man was just fake, right? Well according to Kode, the Lohan's reps are the liars here!

"Yes, the interview took place and everything stated in the article is fact and came directly from Lohan herself," an executive editor said, defending the magazine. "And we have photos chronicling the writer and Lindsay's numerous times together."

What do you think of this back-and-forth between the magazine and Lindsay's representatives?

Radar Online found at least a few sources that are making more claims about Lohan's lies, this time about her alleged miscarriage.

"Lindsay was never pregnant during filming the reality show for OWN, or in the months after," one source said. "Lindsay knew she was being perceived as a total slacker, not showing up on time for photo shoots, call times and refusing to shoot. So this is what Lindsay does."
