Is former 'Basketball Wives' and NBA star Eric Williams broke and homeless?

MStars has learned that former Basketball Wives star and NBA player Eric Williams has gone broke.

According to The Urban Daily, Williams revealed in a letter that he was in fact homeless and broke.

Williams was recently summoned to appear in a Denver, Colorado family court for child support he owned to the mother of his 13-year-old son, and when he could not appear he wrote in a letter to reveal why.

Williams explained to the court that he could not appear in court earlier this month because "court-ordered citation for me to appear was not delivered to my home address as I have no home." Williams added that he had no money to pay the $24,000 he owed in back child support, nor could he pay for airfare, or a lawyer.

Williams was not only known for his baller skills, but for being married to former Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams. They met in 2000 and were later married, only to have an ugly divorce that was seen on the reality show.

Williams says that he is currently volunteering at an non-profit organization and is trying to get back on his feet.
