Rumer Willis left VERY little to the imagination when she stepped-out on ELLE magazine's fifth annual Women in Music concert red carpet in LA on Tuesday (April 23). Flaunting a racy cutout dress, the aspiring actress flashed her pink undies while posing for pics!

The 25-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore looked absolutely stunning in the sexy black mini-dress, but she managed to expose a little too much skin in the skimpy frock!

Thankfully Willis was wearing panties, but still, she came extremely close to flashing some provacative lady parts.

Wonder what made her decide on hot pink?

Despite the epic wardrobe malfunction, the "Hostage" starlet looked pretty dang good in such a daring ensemble.
