Lana Del Rey 'West Coast' Music Video Premieres This Week, The Black Keys Remix the Single

It looks like we could be getting a treat from Lana sometime later this week!

Vevo announced a list of videos that would be released to their site during the week of 4/21/2014 and Lana Del Rey's new single "West Coast" is on it. The list has seven premieres, possibly one for each day of the week? The other videos included are A Great Big World's "Already Home", Brooke Candy's "Opulence", and 50 Cent's "Chase the Paper." Videos for "Already Home," and "Chase the Paper" were released yesterday and today, furthering our theory that one video will be released per day. Our hope is that Lana's video is release either today or tomorrow; the sooner the better.

The indie pop darling released her new single "West Coast" to radio and iTunes on April 14. The single which debuted at number two on the iTunes charts is set to have a top 40 debut this week on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. This is the first single off her upcoming album Ultraviolence which doesn't have a release date yet. Speculations are saying May 1, but we think that Lana is going to surprise us with her new album.

Dan Auerbach, of The Black Keys' released a remix of the single which focuses more on Lana's vocal rather than the production aspects of the song. Auerbach served as producer on "West Coast" and will also serve as the producer on the upcoming album.

Lana just recently performed at both weekends of the Coachella Music Festival and is kicking off a small set of shows in North America which starts tonight in Grand Prairie, Texas and concludes on May 30.
