Columbus Short allowed back into his home after asking permission from a Judge?

MStars has learned that Scandal star Columbus Short was allowed back into his Chatsworth home  Wednesday after being banned from the house when he allegedly threatened to kill his wife and then himself.

But this order is only temporarily, a judge is giving the Scandal actor 2 hours at the home to gather his stuff and get out. Short attended court Wednesday, to ask for permission to move back into his house, after his wife obtained a restraining order, but MStars has learned that request was denied by a judge in the case.

The judge is giving Short only 2 hours Monday, April 28 to go into the home and collect his personal items that he needs and his attorney has to be present.

MStars previously reported that Short's wife, Tanee Short received an restraining order after she claimed that her husband threatened to kill her and then himself on April 7.

Tanee has also filed for divorce and sole custody of their 2-year-old daughter, Ayala Short.
