Former Elmo voice and actor of Sesame Street, Kevin Clash won in court as the United States Court of Appeals dismissed three sexual abuse lawsuits against him, MStars has learned.
The dismissals were given this month, and involved alleged victims Cecil Singleton, Kevin Kiadii and a man that was only revealing the initials "S.M."
The three men, that are adults now, accused Clash of sexually abusing them 10 years ago when they were minor teenagers.
Court documents revealed the Court of Appeals argued that the alleged victims "failed to provide any reason why [they] were unable to discover their injuries prior to 2012." In the end, the Court of Appeals determined the arguments to be "without merit."
This action makes this the second time the lawsuits have been thrown out, according to RadarOnline.com.
Clash 53, was the voice of Elmo for 28 years. He resigned from Sesame Street in 2012, after the sexual abuse claims against him became public.
