RHOA Phaedra Parks, Apollo Nida lose homes in fraud case, Apollo faces 5 years in prison?

Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star, Phaedra Parks and Apollo Nida are reportedly handing over their homes in Nida's bank fraud and identity theft case.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com the fitness instructor will have to hand over his properties over his countless scams

 "Upon conviction of the offense alleged... [Nida] shall forfeit to the United States ... any property constituting or derived from proceeds obtained directly or indirectly as a result of" his identity theft case.

In the May issue of Sister 2 Sister magazine, Real Housewives of Atlanta hubby Apollo Nida opened up about his fraud charges and divorce rumors with his wife Phaedra Parks.

Apollo dished that he isn't worried about his future after his alleged accomplice; Gayla St. Julien pleaded guilty and received five years in prison.

 "I don't really get nervous," the fitness instructor explained. "And this is not just boasting or bragging. Phaedra - I'm sure she's nervous because at the end of the day, I'm putting my career in jeopardy."

As the former convict may face some time in prison for his fraud charges, the reality star's marriage to the Georgia peach may allegedly dissolve if he is found guilty.

"I really admired everything that she did as a woman. I think that we have lost sight of the true picture, which is that we did take an oath to God and we did build a family and a brand. Whatever has come of this reality fiasco, we have had two beautiful children, and at the end of the day, I only wish her the best." He told the magazine. "I can't say if it's going to last. But I hope that it does...I definitely love her. I've grown to love her more.
