Is 'America's Next Top Model' Eva Marcille filing for full custody of her daughter with Kevin McCall?

MStars has learned that America's Next Top Model, Eva Marcille has asked for full custody of her daughter, Marley with whom she had with Grammy-nominated singer/songwriter, Kevin McCall.

MStars previously reported that Eva obtained a restraining order against her baby daddy, after he allegedly went on a violent rampage in their home last month.

In that restraining order McCall was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Eva and his daughter, Marley. He was also denied any visitation, until the hearing scheduled for next month.

A rep for Eva told TMZ, ""It is unfortunate that life has thrown a curve Into Eva's life but as a responsible parent and adult she's taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of their child and herself."

Eva who is often a user of social media has been keeping her fans updated with Marley and it seems that she has a message for the rumors and gossip.

Eva wrote, "Believe half of what you see and none of what you hear"

She posted a photo with the caption reading, "Life isn't meant to be easy, it's meant to be LIVED. Sometimes good, other times rough. But with every up and down, you learn lessons that make you STRONG. Never Give Up."

In another photo, it read "If you love a flower, don't pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation."

If Eva is truly going through issues with McCall, MStars thinks she still is one gorgeous mother. She wrote on this photo, "Woman's work is never done. Not enough hours in a day... Yet and still, I keep a smile"

And baby Marley, precious!!! We must agree with the followers on this one, she sure does look like her dad. "Best part of waking up is Marley next to me," Eva wrote.
