Several days ago, an X-Men: Days of Future Past clip revealed how young Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) is able to walk despite the bullet he took in the back in X-Men: First Class. Now, an extended clip of this scene has been released, courtesy of three of the film's stars.

McAvoy, Hugh Jackman and Michael Fassbender stopped by The Graham Norton Show and brought the following extended clip, which features a snappy one-liner from Wolverine at the end:

In other news, a recent television spot for X-Men: Days of Future Past showed Quicksilver (Evan Peters) with a young girl, which caused some fans to assume the girl was his sister, Scarlet Witch. But according to director Bryan Singer, those fans guessed incorrectly.

Singer, who is not doing any more promotions for the movie due to the sexual abuse allegations against him, spoke to Empire Magazine (via Comic Book Movie) recently and revealed that he actually cut Quicksilver's sister from the movie.

"Is that the Scarlet Witch? No, that's his little sister," Singer said. "I even had a line which I cut, where Quicksilver's mother says to the little girl, 'Go up and bug your sister,' and the little girl says, 'She bugs me!' You never see the older sister, but it was to imply that there is an older sister for comic book fans. I ended up cutting it."

It remains unclear at this point if Scarlet Witch would be introduced in X-Men: Apocalypse in 2016, but Singer also teased that Evan Peters could return for the sequel.

"Even though our Quicksilver is not a main character like in The Avengers, it's a character there's a lot of thought and concern about and it's a character I'd like to explore further in the sequel," he said.
