With only a few games remaining, all of Chelsea, Liverpool and Manchester City were in with a chance of lifting the highly coveted Premier League trophy, and this weekend has not changed much. Manchester City kept the pressure amped up, whilst Chelsea couldn't find a goal to take over the No. 1 spot. Who will win the Premier League? Check out the latest results:

Arsenal 1-0 West Brom

Chelsea 0-0 Norwich

West Ham 2-0 Tottenham

Aston Villa 3-1 Hull City

Man Utd 0-1 Sunderland

Newcastle 3-0 Cardiff

Stoke 4-1 Fulham

Swansea 0-1 Southampton

Everton 2-3 Man City

Ryan Giggs' Manchester United were hoping to keep their good form going, but they suffered yet another defeat, this time at the hands of Sunderland. Their 1-0 defeat looks to of saved Sunderland and hurt Giggs' small chances of landing the job on a full time basis. United were lacklustre, and everything they weren't in their 4-0 victory over Norwich the week before. It's rumoured Louis Van Gaal will be hired this week.

With results going the wrong way, both Fulham and Cardiff suffered the horrific fate of relegation to the Championship. Chelsea suffered a 0-0 with Norwich, which has pushed Norwich towards being registered with the two previously mentioned teams.

With Liverpool playing next, can they move one step closer to winning this seasons Premier League title? It looks like things may come down to the final set of games next weekend. Who deserves to be the Premier League title winners, and can they win it next year, too?
