Given all of the sexy, skin-barring ensembles at this year's Met Ball Gala, there was bound to be a viral wardrobe malfunction. And the celebrity victim this time around? Kim Kardashian, of course!

The infamous "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" starlet donned a stunning strapless blue-and-black dress. The gorgeous garment featured a high-slit that eventually revealed more than just Kim K's thigh...

According to E! Online, Kardashian was running late to the annual NYC event. She was rushing out of the Lanvin store to catch a ride when she suddenly flashed her navy blue panties to the avid paparazzi cameras. Hey, at least she was wearing underwear! Check out the viral fashion mishap here.

Thankfully, Kardashian's not-so-scandalous undergarments blended-in very well with the dress, ultimately making this epic wardrobe malfunction less embarrassing.
